Is the shipping free?

Shipments are free of charge in purchases over 100€, We send to the following countries in Europe: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg. 

For orders from 50 to 100€ the shipping cost is 7,50€.

For orders below€ 50 the shipping cost is € 12.95.

When my order arrives?

Your order will be delivered in 48 / 72h after making it. Please note that orders are processed and sent from Monday to Friday, always before 17: 30h, if you have placed your order later, will be sent the following day, excluding weekends or holidays.

Where is my order?

As soon as your order is sent you receive a email with the message tracking link so that you can see the status and location at all times. If you have not received this email it may be that the indicated mail is incorrect or is in the spam tray, in this case you can view it from your client account on the web or you can contact us at info@kimondo.es.

I have Not received my order

If there has been a problem with the delivery of your order and you have not been able to solve it by contacting the Transport Agency, please contact us at info@kimondo.es so we can sort it out and deliver your order.

Establishes the following Conditions

1. Shipments are made by courier service.

2. Shipping costs include in all cases Value Added Tax( VAT), but no other tax, tax, tariff or surcharge.

3. Delivery means delivery of the items at the address or address specified by the customer during the order making process, limited to the delivery areas listed above.

4. Kimondo delivers orders to the courier service within the specified time frame. We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by courier services.

5. In case of absence by the customer at the time of delivery, after attempts by the Transport Agency, the order will be left to the agency or office closest to the consignee. If after 15 days, the customer does not collect your order, it will be returned to Kimondo again. To which the order is shipped again, the customer must pay shipping costs.

How can I make a return?

to make a refund you have a period of 30 days after receipt of your order.

The steps to follow are:

1. Send an email to info@kimondo.es indicating the order number and items you wish to return

2. After accepting your return you can send the items on your own with the courier or post office to our warehouse located at:

3. Once your articles are received, they are reviewed and if all is correct we will proceed to pay you the amount of them. Within a maximum of 7 business days after receiving the package in our warehouse.

How can I make a change?

To make a change, you will need to process a refund and purchase the new items by placing a new order separately from the web

Requirements to accept a return or exchange

in order for us to accept the refund and pay you the corresponding amount we need you to meet the following requirements:

1. The items must be packed in a properly sealed box.

2. It is necessary to include in the package a sheet specifying the order number and full name of the person who made the purchase corresponding to the return, if not identified, the refund will not be possible.

3. The articles shall contain all of their original parts, labelling, protective plastics, bags, box, if any. If it is not returned correctly, we reserve the right not to refund it.

4. Refunds are not allowed unless it is a defect in underwear, swimwear, bikinis, Combs and colonies

The item that I received has a defect

in case the articles received have a defect you must notify us as soon as possible so that we can fix it.

WHAT TYPE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED KIMONDO?

KIMONDO may collect the following personal information of users of the web page KIMONDO through the appropriate forms: name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, in compliance with the standards PCI DSS or account number (provided by the customer in case of refunds) when the user visits the WEBSITE, registers, places an order online, it is put in contact with KIMONDO, or participate in promotions or surveys of KIMONDO.
