Delivery time

We ship in 24 hours days for orders placed before 14:00, orders placed later are processed next day and delivered in 24h working days. (Conditions for Spain Peninsula, other populations are subject to changes). We send orders from Monday to Friday. Once you give the package to the courier service, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has left our premises. We are not responsible for the possible delays of delivery caused by the courier service.

All the sendings are managed through the agency of logistics MRW.

Form of payment

Forms of payment accepted by kimondo.is are:

1. PAYPAL/CARD:
The customer will be taken to the PayPal website, taking advantage of its secure payment platform. Once you have done the payment process, you will be brought back to Kimondo.
Once in PayPal you can make payment with Paypal account or with credit card.


Paypal may retain an amount by way of security or safe to try to make a purchase with the credit card on the PayPal platform (usually a few cents or 1€). This amount will be refunded to PayPal in about a month.
The collection of this fee does not guarantee that the purchase is made.

2.CARD

The customer will be taken to the secure platform ServiRed in which to make the payment and may use any of the cards accepted by ServiRed (Visa: Classic, Gold, Electron, Platinum, Infinite. Mastercard: Standard, Gold, Master, World Elite, Time, Platinum). Once you have completed the payment process the customer will be redirected to kimondo.es

Set the following Conditions:
1. Shipments are made by courier service.
2. The shipping costs include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, levy, duty or surcharge.
3. It is understood as shipping the delivery of items in address or address specified by the customer during the process of realization of the order, limited as delivery areas related above.
4. Kimondo delivery orders to the courier service within a maximum period of 48 hours. We are not responsible for the possible delays of delivery caused by the courier services

5. In case of absence on the part of the customer at the time of the delivery, after the attempts made by the transport agency, the order will be left in the MRW offices nearest to the recipient. If after 15 days, the customer does not pick up your order, this will be returned back to Kimondo. To which the order is shipped again, the customer should be in charge of the shipping costs.

Return and Refund

Return by Default

In the event that the return is for reasons attributable to Kimondo (defective product or not matching with the reference purchased) will be Kimondo, who will collect the products and/or change them to the correct take care of all costs associated with this return and/or exchange. Faced with a product that this manufacturing defect, you will have to communicate by e-mail to the following address: kimondo.kiosco@gmail.com (specifying the order number and the faulty item), where we will proceed to study the case and process the return by default.

Only be attending to defective products that do not present clear signs of manipulation, or increased damage, that is to say will not be accepted products that could present a defect and the customer has tried to fix it on your own aggravating the problem. Therefore, when any defect, we ask that you not tamper with or continue to use the product and inform us as soon as possible.

Return for Exchange/Refund

Kimondo reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the products.

Prices include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, levy, duty or surcharge (applies outside the iberian peninsula and the canary islands).

Prices

The products will be sold at the price shown, being the current which is collected at the time of the confirmation of the order by the customer.

Validity

Kimondo reserves the right to change prices, articles, offers and other commercial conditions without notice.

All the illustrations, store name and photos of the shop are protected by the intellectual property law. Any misuse may be prosecuted.

Data protection

For the implementation and monitoring of purchases, or other customer services that can be implemented in the future, you must register your personal data and choose a password for the access to restricted zones requiring prior identification.
